ご相談の内容に応じて、必要であれば現地を拝見します。
そのうえで、図面やCG、模型などを使って、たたき台となるご提案をつくります。
このプレゼンテーションは、設計の方向性を共有するためのものです。
ご希望や条件をすり合わせながら、次のステップを検討するための時間と考えています。
現地調査からプレゼンまでは、おおよそ8〜12週間ほどいただいています。
案件によって前後しますが、急ぎのケースなどもご相談ください。
ご提案のあと、正式にご依頼いただくことになれば、
プレゼン費用や交通費は設計料に含める形で対応しています。
ご依頼に至らなかった場合には、プレゼンテーション作成費と交通費を、実費にてご請求させていただく場合があります。

From there, we’ll gradually begin shaping the idea together.

Even if you’re not sure whether it’s something worth bringing up, we’d be happy to hear from you.
Depending on the nature of the conversation, we may visit the site if needed.
Based on what we’ve heard and seen, we’ll put together a proposal —
a rough draft including sketches, CGs, or simple models.
This presentation is intended to share the design direction.
It’s a way to align your ideas and conditions with ours as we consider the next steps together.
It typically takes approximately 8 to 12 weeks from the site visit to prepare the presentation.
This may vary depending on the project, and we can also accommodate tighter schedules.
If you decide to move forward with the project,
the cost of the presentation and travel will be included in the design fee.
If not, we may charge for the presentation and travel costs at actual expense.
